Allan holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School from Heriot-Watt University.  Allan is a highly motivated professional with extensive international business experience  as a project manager, project controls manager, senior project manager and commercial manager.   Prior to that he was an accomplished electrical engineer having held senior positions at ABB Ltd in the UK. He is an expert in the area of project delivery and more specifically that of project controls management. He is currently the Principal Project Services Manager and a Director  of Allied Projects, delivering expert project controls on a variety of mining, resources and infrastructure projects. Allan is also the Chair for the Australian Cost Engineering Society (ACES) - Perth Chapter.
