All the materials were imported from Europe (Electrical and electronic cabinets, 100 miles of optical fiber, BTS cabinets for GSM-R sites, Axle counters, railtrack driller, tools, …) except steel elements (signalling masts and electrical cables were bought in Algeria and 30m GSM-R pylons were imported from Tunisia). From 4 up to 12 weeks needed between material expedition date from France and arrival in the project warehouse, due mainly to frequent custom worries.
Ø 35 millions € project : 8 train stations (Axle counters and PIPC technology, 160 km/h capability), 100 miles long railway, Optical Fiber and GSM-R implementation (10 BTS sites with 30 and 40 meters pylons)
