Since 1999 Frank is active in the field of pricing, valuing and estimating of IT projects and services. Frank is currently managing the Pricing Office of Ordina. Ordina is a mid-size (3,000 employees) software integrator in the Netherlands. The Pricing Office is the knowledge center for the pricing and costing of IT projects and services. The pricing focuses on the willingness to pay by customers and pricing benchmarks related to the competition. The costing focuses on integral cost calculations for service offerings. The Pricing Office is a part of the Expertise Center Offerings of Ordina.  Frank's drive is in the creation of insight. That insight is the starting point of informed decisions on pricing, estimating and managing IT projects and services. Frank is an active member of several communities in the areas of pricing, parametric estimating, functional sizing and cost calculation. Frank is President of the Board and member of the Measurement Practices Committee of COSMIC and a member of the Counting Practices Committee of Nesma.  Frank was Program Chair of the International Workshop on Software Measurement that was held in Rotterdam in 2014. Frank is a regular speaker on international conferences on the pricing, valuing and estimating of IT projects and services.
