Jaeger has over 20 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction for infrastructure and transportation projects implemented in Canada, South America, UAE and Middle East, and the Philippines.

Jaeger’s talent is backed by his university degree, and professional designations. He earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) designations. He held a Civil Engineer license in the Philippines, and a graduate in Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.

His specializations are Project Controls, Planning/Scheduling (Primavera P6), Supervision, training delivery, mentoring, & coaching. Jaeger has acquired wide-ranging knowledge and skills in EPC, DBFM, and Public-Private Partnerships contracts. He developed, reviewed, and analyzed schedules, technical proposals for Bridges, Roads, Ports, Piling, LRT, Rail, Mining, and Sulphuric Acid Power Plants.

Jaeger is committed in pursuing his leadership in the management of Project Controls, with a focus on Planning/Scheduling, Cost and Risk.

Jaeger is an active member of world class professional organizations such as Project Management Institute (PMI)m Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT), The Guild of Project Controls, and Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering. Jaeger is pursuing AACEi and PEng designations.

His continuing studies include Public Administration, with Minor in Organizational Leadership, focusing on Public-Private Partnerships. He uses his spare time taking formal lessons in music - classical voice, theory, and piano - and sings solo and in a choir.
