I have 30 years of construction management and contracting experience - covering small projects to massive developments, civil to high-tech manufacturing, field operations to the corporate office, five-person shop to Fortune 100 global corporation, project engineering to legal, controls and risk management. During that time, I wrote and managed contracts, templates, and business processes for $14B of work across 20 major projects and dozens of minor ones. In 2015, I've opened the third chapter of my career - providing specialist consulting services that enable and support contracting, procurement, and project management for construction and facilities projects owners and builders.
