Job Responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyorand Planning Engineer: _ Preparation of Bills of Quantities. _ Preparation of Monthly Reports and Weekly Reports as per progress. _ Preparation of Monthly valuations as per progress. _ Preparation of Variations. _ Preparation of Escalations. _ Make site visits to make measurement on site for actual completed works. _ Prepare and submit the take-off sheet and get approval from the Client representative in preparation for the monthly billing. _ Tender evaluation and recommendation when appointing the contractor. _ Prepare and measure the contractor work for contract documents, monthly payments and final accounts. _ Assessing the contract documentation and valuations. _ Releasing the payments for the contractor as per contract. |
_ Coordinates with Representative and contractor
_ Analyzes drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
_ Prepares detailed project schedule and performs critical path analysis.
_ Updates project schedule on a regular basis for project management reporting.
_ Prepare progress/status reports and cash flows.
_ Identify the variances in the project schedule and actual progress.
_ Prepares plans and revised/recovery schedules, status reports and performance evaluations.
