Planning, monitoring and checking the quality control and quantity measurements of the works carried outunder the contracts. Supervising the work in all matters concerning safety and care of the works Preparing proper work methodology with the help of HO for planning, implementation of quality plan & execution of theproject. Monitoring the work plans of Construction Contractor, productivity and resource utilization. Identifying contract variations/ other avenues for margin improvement. To monitor the value engineering aspects of projects and if any saving is there within Contractual Provision withmodification of Drawings etc same can be implemented in the benefit of project and Company but without delay of time Reducing lock-up of Work in Progress, exploring avenues to improve project cash flows. Handling Contractors/ Consultants to meet the project objectives and ensuring compliance to ISO procedures.
