I focus on improving planning, scheduling and cost process as well as resource management for the companies I’ve worked for.

I am an expert in optimizing the use, control and planning systems in order to make complex and simultaneous EPC projects more efficient, resulting in savings of time, money and resources.  I possess a solid knowledge of project management, project planning and scheduling techniques , cost control and budgeting, risk analysis and forecasting and all project phases including FEED, procurement, construction, testing, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.
