My experiance in construction has brought me to Cost Engineering, Estimating, Scheduling and Cost Estimating.  I look forward to helping people with Cost Management Services and the collaboritive exchange that is included with this type work.  Most of my work has been centered in the USA with some major cost managment projects for the United Nations and the US Corps of Engineers in locations from Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim.

Work Disiplenes include Multible Disiplenes that include, but are not limited to, Site Works, Concrete, Metals, Underground Utilities, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Environmental Remediation (including waste transportation and disposal) of all types.  Cost estimates have been modified to be accurate for confined spaces, secure areas and occupied spaces (while constructing or destructing).

Leadership positions held within management teams include Senior Estimator, Chief Estimator, Senior Project Controls and Project Controls Manager.
