Delivered integrated project controls including cost control, budgeting, performance management, estimating, scheduling, scope & change management, risk management, commitments approval, expenditure tracking, VOWD, performance measurement, forecast out turn values & cash flow managementin order to ensure that control within the project is maintained & value for money is achieved within scope, time & quality requirements. This has included correlating project controls with change, quality, schedule, commercial groups, contracts & procurement processes to provide early warning of potential challenges.
