• Preparation of pre and post tender project schedules
• Preparation of detailed project schedule in multi level and monitoring of progress.
• Development of level-IV work schedules / recovery plans.
• Preparation of planning & scheduling procedure for subcontractors.
• Preparation of reporting procedure for subcontractors.
• Review/approve specialized contractor’s work programs submissions.
• Review and make sure that all guidelines of SCENR (Supreme Council of Environment & Natural Reserves (Qatar))are incorporated in the marine contractor’s schedule.
