Project Controls professional with proven background in Project Controls of large scale chemical, fertilizer, Mining projects. Scope ranges from EPC,  EPCM and PCM Projects including Greenfield and Brown-field Programs. Responsibilities included Project Controls, Scheduling, Cost Control and Definition & Setting up of Performance Monitoring System (EVMS), Progress monitoring and Reports generation, Variation and Extension of Time (EOT) Claims Management.

Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Proficient in Primavera and Cost control.

Can interface with clients, attend regular meetings, and give statistical reports.

Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule and budget.

Reports status of schedule and budget to appropriate project team, Company management as well to the client.
