I am the Director of Scheduling for Quandel Enterprises. Quandel constructs hospitals, schools, healthcare facilities, waste water treatment plants, and higher educations factilities. I am responsible for all the aspects of scheduling on these projects. This inlcudes working with the project team to develop baseline schedules which meet the project requirements. These schedules are updated, out of sequence work corrected and I provide a detailed analysis to upper managment. Incorporating fragnets and delays into the schedule is part of my role. 

My degree is in Electrical Engineering. Over the past 20 years I've spent time in engineering, cost, and estimating before focusing on scheduling. I have a skill for talking a schedule out of a project team who feels their project cannot be scheduled. This was a great asset when scheduling software development. I have found I am able to provide an excellent 3rd party review of a schedule or schedule update while maintaining a strong relationship with the project team.

The largest proejct I've worked on was with Raytheon. It was a $3B NASA project called Misson To Planet Earth. This is where I scheduled software development. I've worked for Bechtel in multiple roles. I am currently responsible for overseeing the development of and updating of schedules for 35 different projects.
