ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Develops complex CPM construction schedules from drawings and specifications, reviews and analyzes complex construction schedules and provides opinions, creates reports as necessary on project progress as well as forecasts of the work moving forward.

·         Review and analyze issues and project documentation, CPM scheduling expertise and hands-on use of Primavera P6, software applications for project controls and evaluation of delays, experience with construction change orders, report writing & preparation of charts & graphs to support and present analyses, strong verbal and written presentation skills, strong knowledge of construction means and methods, and interfacing effectively with clients.

·         Prepares monthly status reports. Reviews and analyzes 3-week look-ahead reports and advises client of potential cost and schedule impacts and inefficiencies. 

·         Advice project management in optimizing resource, mitigating impact of delays and taking the lead role in developing a recovery plan.

·         Monthly Planning metrics on all phases of the business to ensure on time delivery and to optimize all resources and equipment.

·         Interface/maintain liaison with project management, owner, subcontractors, etc. on all planning and scheduling related items and functions including reporting requirements, progress status, new impacts, etc.

·         Assist in maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clients.

·         Monitoring of claims and change orders.

·         Works at active construction projects and investigates progress. Confirms progress is consistent with the project schedule and other project records. 

·         Reviews and analyzes construction delay claims using Time Impact Analyses and provides opinions, creates reports as necessary on contractual right for time extensions. 

·         Development of progress measurement procedure including weight factors.

·         Collect and compiles data for project statistics and ratio calculations.

·         Develop trend analysis schedule /forecast.

·         Project performance analysis using earned value techniques.

·         Support reporting requirements for Client meetings, invoice submittals, and monthly status reports.

·         Report on schedule issues to Project Manager and Control Manager in a timely manner, including regular updates for reporting requirements.

·         Coordinates with other disciplines & sub-contractor regarding schedule changes, discrepancies etc.

·         Attend/delegate representation, in all Project review meetings.

·         Prepare Weekly/ Monthly reports and circulates the same to concern as per Project Need.

·         Provide inputs and finalize the Earned Value Analysis report/ Management Review package with consultation of Project Manager using Business Plan softwere.

·         Forecasting the Resource need after consultation with Lead Engineer and Project Engineer.

·         Preparation of project budget and earn value analysis using SAP PS module.
