Hi! My Name is Joel Luna. Working in Saudi Oger Ltd in Riyadh for 5yrs now as a QA/QC Electrical Engineer specialized in Low Current Systems.

Before, about 1996, I'm was connected with Telecom Trading in the Philippines. Once I was a Cadet Engineer, in TRICOM System (Phils), Inc., doing a Preventive maintenance for a PABX/ KTS System. I'm responsible also in Design, Installation, Testing and Commssioning of PABX/ KTS System.

After 5yrs in my stay in Tricom, I was transfered to Structured Cabling Division, as a Sr. Project Engineer, responsible for the Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of SC System. During my terms as a Project Engineer, Ive been planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting all my projects.

Then I was hired by DTSI Inc., as a Design Specialist (presales). I was responsible from the Tendering to Procurement to Implemention. In Tendering, I collate all information needed for the Quotation/ Proposal, Site Surveys, Plan Laytous. All this things was important matters in regards of making a design and proposals. Procurement, I also communicate with the suppliers and the logistic division for the materials needed in the project (pricing, availability, terms of payments). For the Implementation, planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting of project progress.

Now, as a QA/ QC Electrical Engineer (Low Current), I conduct site survey prior to design execution to assist engineering department in case of any modifications and/ or extensions. Following up approval of execution drawings and material submittal sheets prior to any electrical works. Supervise and Monitoring of work progress and generates reports for the management. Testing & Commissioning upon project handling to the client’s representative in cooperation with maintenance department.
