Ø Development and maintenance of company work breakdown structure using SAP and Megamation.
Ø Tracking contracts, scope of work and purchases as they relate to contract commitments, schedules and progress
Ø Updating and maintaining project schedules in accordance with approved work plans, long-term strategic plans and other schedule and plan tools
Ø Consulting with, assisting, and advising Project Managers on all matters related to project controls and forecasts {for new and authorized work as well as changes in scope}
Ø Compiling baseline schedules for site remediation and construction
Ø Subdividing larger schedules into more detailed, phased tasks and subprojects for ease of management review and oversight
Ø Preparing weekly analysis and reports on estimating, progress, commitments on schedule performance
Ø Developing and maintaining database and record management system
Ø Tracking actual costs of construction activities against actual and budgeted percent complete
Ø Preparing schedule projections and providing timely notice to the Maintenance Manager regarding deviations and/or key issues that could affect the critical path schedule
Ø Assisting in new project contracting activities, scoping and administration
Ø Looking at future work for determining Priority.
