Currently working as a Senior Lead Planner with London Undergroung (TFL), driving all planning activities on a 1 billion pound project in conjunction with Crossrail.  Applying Structured programme Planning Techniques, using various planning tools, then applyingActive Risk Management, Formal Gate Review Processes and the use of planning metrics, including Earned Value, to assess the real time status of programme implementation.
