1. Project planning/scheduling in Primavera P6 & MS-Project through thorough understanding of the Scope of work involved in the project. 2. Cost Plan & Budgeting, Managing Cash Flow, Monitoring & Controlling Costs. Preparing Billing Schedules according to Contract & invoicing accordingly. 3. Development of Progress measuring tools and Functional schedules like Material Control charts, Document Control Indexes and Construction control indexes. 4. Monitoring Project Progress for EPC phases continuously and generating backlog reports. 5. Preparing catch-up plans for engineering, procurement and construction teams. 6. Conducting Cross functional meetings within Engineering, procurement and construction teams and maintaining Issue logs and arriving at mitigation measures to catch up the plan. 7. Preparing MIS Reports, Progress measurement & reporting.
