My name is Deepu Raju. I am from south indian state Kerala. I started my career in India as a site engineer for villa projects.

From 2005 December I started my career in UAE. 

First one year I worked with a steel contracting company as Asst. Planning engineer. In 2007 I joined with Khansaheb civil engineering as Planning Engineer.

I prepare tender programs, detailed baseline / working programs for the contractor.

Forecasting manpower & plant requirements. Support the management to finalize the size of site organization.

I prepare monthly resource planning,progress monitoring and updates, EOT/ acceleration programs etc
