First Name:

Last Name:

I have worked my entire 10 year career for reputable contracting firms to all the major Operators in the world. I started my career with CNC FLUOR in Nigeria, as cost controller for major EPC projects both for local and international Organisations, one of which is Siraga and Tissot Gas Plant which according to records is the second largest in the world. I was fully in  charge of reporting costs, my position on this project was so delicate and important that the Managing Director of the CnC FLUOR made me report directly to him on a weekly basis, it took serious and constant hard work with tools available to me to deliver on schedule.

My planning Roles commenced also in CNC FLUOR, I have held from Senior planninig Engineer to Lead Planning Engineer on Major Upstream Engineering Projects and Offshore Maintenance Projects. I have Prepared Level 4 Engineering  resource loaded Schedules for large engineering Projects with Complex Progress Measurement  Systems (PMS) with information on gateways from operators, the PMS have Earned Value Calculated also within  .I have  Worked with all the Major operators From Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Total etc. which has given me vast experience on how operators work within the industry. While working with operators I assisted in preparing a full level 4 EPC schedule for the Dibi Long Term facility development a Brown field project, which was very challenging but with a team of sound minded planners from both contractor and client side and assistance from Fluor Houston we were able to develop a working schedule for the EPC work, starting from detailed engineering. We developed this towards the end of our FEED works. To further broaden my experience I got a Job with one of the World Leaders in Subsea equipment and services, Akersolutions, formerly Akerkvanaer in Oslo Norway as Senior Planning Engineer. They saw my dedication to work in the Total Projects and was picked to be Senior Planning engineer for the Egina Project which is worth 1.9billion USD, it is presently on the Tender phase and I was actively involved in preparing Plans for the tender. A comprehensive Schedule was developed to meet requirements for submitting a tender of this magnitude. I single handedly prepared the Engineering scope in P6 and incorporated it with the various work packs. I was in charge of the structures and manifolds work pack. Because of the Local content Strategy of the home country of Base of the Project, we are expected to deliver the Job with production carried out in country. The management commenced Infrastructural development for a Subsea Assembly Plant and Umbilical Manufacturing plant. I was put on business travel to handle planning and scheduling for that large project which is worth 100 million USD. I together with Hugh Broaughl the commercial manager for the infrastructure development had a site visit and I developed a level3 Pre construction Schedule which was submitted to Management. Also while on that I Closed out all the work packs on Reliance MG and KG projects in SAP, looking at all activities in all networks within SAP. I can say I have encountered challenges over my almost 8years which has made me work better and in a smarter way to achieve sound results.

In June 2012, I was requested to fill in a vacant position in our Houston Texas Office due to the Volume of work going on there. I accepted and I have since June been involved in over 7 large projects within the Gulf of Mexico and in fields in Isreal for Noble. Making the change to work in the USA has further broadened my horizon.

On my Role as planner, I have worked in team where I was Lead and had several Junior Planners working under me. We all worked together to achieve results for the client. I delegated duties based on Skills and strength of the junior planners, but carried on the rest work load on my own to ensure the work is completed. I always ensure I mentored the junior

planners to ensure they learn on every project we work together. Today even if we don’t work together, they still call me up when they have technical problems with their schedules and planning issues.
