Responsibilities :

·Preparation of Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of work using

Primavera 6.

·Complete resource planning including labor & non labor (Machinery) as per project scope using     productivity norms.

·Review & analysis of Contract documents for each Construction Package and advice the Projects Manager of any planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view.

·Cost loading and monitoring the cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI & Earned Value Analysis.

·Preparation of detail documents for extension of time (EOT) for the project.

·Preparation & submission of Progress Reports/Charts through Project ManagementSoftware – Primavera6 and Submitting to the Department Heads, Client, Consultant and Main Contractor

·Resolving technical issues related to design & drawings

·Attending weekly site progress meeting & Follow up with MOM as agreed with higher management
