*        Actively involved in Developing Clause 14 Programme consists of 12000 activities, Preparing Programme for Key Activities, Stand alone Programme for the site team, Updating on a weekly basis , Loading cost & resource in master programme.

 

*        Prepares histogram to determine site manpower requirement and distribute them as per planning

 

*        Coordination with Sr Construction Managers & site teams regarding Planning & Delay issues, Providing them Progress Update, Look Ahead schedules, Preparing Finishes Schedules ,Tracking Schedule

 

 

*        Analyses the site performance by comparing the planned against the actual progress which will be significant for preparing catch up plan.

 

*        Analyses slippage on the roll up programme and prepares recovery plan to control if not minimize the effect on overall site work performance.

 

*        Assisting planning Manager in preparing Weekly Reports Report i.e. progress photos, executive summary report, materials & drawings submittals, Updating progress percentages.

*        Developed master programme consists of 18000 activities,Preparing Stand alone Programme for the site team, Updating on a weekly basis , Loading cost & resource in master programme,Coordination with Sr Construction Managers & site teams regarding Planning & Delay issues, Providing them Progress Update, Look Ahead schedules, Preparing Finishes Tracking Schedule Room by Room.

Preapring Finishes Schedules Area by Area & updating it on weekly basis.

 

*        Attending Weekly Progress meetings with Site Team, Briefing them about Project Delays, Recovery etc.
