Prepares histogram to determine site manpower requirement and distribute them as per planning

Coordination with Sr Construction Managers & site teams regarding Planning & Delay issues, Providing them Progress Update, Look Ahead schedules, Preparing Finishes Schedules ,Tracking Schedule

Analyses the site performance by comparing the planned against the actual progress which will be significant for preparing catch up plan.
