Responsibilities:-

·         I was engaged in erection of Internals ( MD Trays, Ripple Trays, HY-Up Trays, Bubble Cap Trays, Perforated Trays) in Stationary Equipments (Vessels, Columns, Reactors) at RRE # 2 Takreer expansion

·         To develop Method statement for installation of internals in stationary Equipments as per Client specifications.

·         To build up close adroitness with Client regarding clarifications, internal Drawings/revision, Material handling/issue routine inspection, Progress meeting and Method statement approvals.

·         Estimated Equipment’s Internal Material as per Client’s approved IFC drawings.

·         Close Coordination with Vendor, QC Department and Third party for rectification of installation as per approved method statements and specifications

·         Identify updated requirement of manpower, direct materials, direct consumable and equipment based on 3-months look-ahead plan.

·         Performed analysis of Reports and highlight the current status of project.

·         Maintain and monitor document library of project.

·         Critically monitor execution, and to suggest appropriate, timely corrective action for achieving of project objectives and targets. Able to establish and maintain a good working relationship with the staff at all levels. Enforce safety requirements and participating in safety audits.

Responsibilities:-

·         Coordinating, planning and supervising all piping activities conforming to all safety, quality policies and procedure.

·         Hold regular meetings & exercise strict control over the front line supervisor to ensure timely completion of targets & highlight all bottlenecks & anticipated problems to the Project Management Team. Ensure deployment of human & material resources in an optimum fashion to achieve a productivity level equal to or better than the forecasted.

·         Reviewing of the progress on daily, weekly basis and analyzing the productivity of resources.

·         Identification of workable drawings with respect to pre-fabrication status.

·         To coordinate for preparing quality Inspection Plan and Test Plan as per Drawing available and client specification, To understand / prepare the detailed requirements of the job from ITB documents.

·         Responsible for implementation of all the contract activities in an efficient and controlled manner. To coordinate with Proposals department for preparing and providing documents regarding proposals department for bidding

·         Coordinates with store staff for calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipments being used at site and Indenting & sourcing of project deliverables and also co-ordination with Third party for Inspection Team. To arrange NDT team for site as per requirement with coordination of NDT parties

Position: - Area Engineer (Piping Ammonia Area)   

Responsibilities:-

·         Became thoroughly familiar with scope of work, all relevant contractual documents, Budget, Work Breakdown Structure and Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) etc.

·         Developed the project master schedule and project execution plan. Plan and purchase of materials/equipments and miscellaneous items, Established control and verification of materials for the section. Maintaining registers and records of Work Package and associated documents.

·         Coordinated with field engineering, procurement and commissioning team regarding their plan schedule, manpower and material availability.

·         Identify and arrange the resources required to execute the job. Working on new modification jobs for the plant improvement. Prepared plan for Piping and structure fabrication as per drawings.

·         To calculate & monitor the total work front/raw material for sand blasting, painting, insulation for piping as per standard provided. Meeting with Client to discuss weekly progress and project hindrances etc. and preparation of MOM.

·         To maintain the as built record for piping isometrics & pipe supports drawings as per agreed design modifications with design consultant. 

·         To maintain the record of man-hours, manpower deployment, equipment & tools deployment, consumables through cost center.

·         To generate technical queries as a DESCON representative in order to eliminate the conflicts between the design documents & field conditions.

Responsibilities:-

·         Ensure proper calculation of BOQ as per client provided Drawings and properly understanding the scope of work. Ensure that Project progress reports are timely and regularly prepared.

·         To give daily task to supervisors, checking daily progress at site and shop as well checking trace abilities of fabricated spools.Monitoring the Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress reports against based plan.Handling and keeping record of spool dossiers circulation.
