●     Supervise the activities of the General Contractor by planning & monitoring against Contract Agreements, Scope and Sequence of Activities related to theConstruction of the Prima Residences Project (Civil/Structural Works, Architectural Works, Electrical & Auxiliary Works, Mechanical Works, Site Development)

●     Ensuring that progress of works is in accordance with the project programme (master plan)

●     Monitors the project accomplishment and oversees construction activities and implementation

●     Supervise/Assist in the implementation of scope of works of various Service Providers related to Prima Residences Project (i.e. Meralco, Maynilad, Skycable, PLDT, etc.)

●     Review and evaluate Contractor’s requests for time extensions, field change, and extra works.

●     Review/Monitors the Construction Budget (planned vs. actual)

●     Evaluates PERT-CPM, Implementation Schedule, Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS), Manpower Loadings, Bar Charts, Gantt Chart, S-Curves related to the project

●     Monitoring construction productivity (scheduled versus actual).

●     Involves in the inspection/testing and commissioning for the turnover areas/utilities of the General Contractor and recommends rectifications/rework if needed.

●     Producing critical path construction schedules and S-curve based on agreed client requirement.

●     Producing resources loading requirements  (manpower and equipment) suitable for meeting the baseline program

●     Assigning scheduled percentage weights on the Primavera tool for alignment with the Quantity Surveyor’s (QS’s) programme

●     Maintaining and updating all construction programs (scheduled versus actual and compute for the cumulative scheduled percentage weight for a given period.

●     Analyzing planned manpower loading against actual manpower loading with regards to the rendered productivity   and how it impacts the overall programme.

●     Analyzing planned equipment loading against actual equipment loading with respect to rendered utilization and productivity and how it impacts the overall programme.

●     Monitoring construction productivity (scheduled versus actual).
