Building construction engineer, proficient in Project Management. Thanks to university studies I got the knowledge of methods and tools necessary for the design of building construction, town planning and energy saving. The work experience has allowed me to explore not only the design process but also the execution and the management of the work created. From university and post-graduate experience I inherited an aptitude for team working: the drafting of project in collaboration has allowed me to improve my personal skills through the sharing of know-how with colleagues of my level as well as expert one and at the same time to extend relational skills through the sharing of a common goal. Others recognize commitment, precision and a good organizational capability as main strengths of mine. I chose to approach the culture of Project Management for two reasons: on one hand I was fascinated by the cross definition that permit to overpass the technical level to reach a management dimension and a complete overview of the project; on the other hand I was attracted by the fundamental role that communication and collaboration have. Thanks to travel experiences, included a cultural exchange with a group of young Tunisian students, I acquired a strong spirit of adaptation and the capability to live and interact with others. Living directly a different culture, instead of observing it from the outside, let you share knowledge, opinions and ideas.
