• Provided CPM and EVM schedule and cost control support to multiple markets including: hydroelectric power plants, coal fired power plants, water treatments plants, automotive, corn processing facilities, museums, healthcare, laboratories, K-12 education, higher education, highways, bridges, and parking structures.
• Developed and maintained resource, material, and cost loaded schedules used to manage budgeted manhours, project estimates, and contractor/owner procured materials, earned value.
• Assisted with the development of a Schedule Progress Narrative along with multiple reporting curves to provide operations and division management with current project status and review potential impacts and risks. 
• Performed detailed schedule impact analysis, assisted management with dispute-resolution strategies, prepared documents and backup for potential claim disputes.
• Assisted marketing, estimating, and operations departments in the development of proposal and bid schedules.
• Developed and implemented basic scheduling methodology and software specific training classes for junior schedulers and field staff.
• Provided on-going training and mentoring of project schedulers and field staff.
