Objective  :         To be able to work as a Project / Construction / Program Planner and impart my knowledge in planning operations like devising methods and sequence in construction operations to ensure better performance in the area of managing labor, materials and equipment’s.

Key Responsibilities: 

·         Provide programs, analysis of programs and communication within the team during tender & construction stage.

·         Develop overall schedule includes engineering, procurement, Manpower, cost, construction, commissioning, and startup activities.

·         Maintain databases, records and work scheduling systems.

·         Drive program by use of six week look-ahead program's to closely manage the DPCC program.

·         Monitor programs as required and complete our Independent Progress Reports to the required quality and timescales, on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Earned Value / Project Reporting encompassing resource & cost loading with associated CPI & SPI Reporting.

·         Provide professional planning services ensuring the project is delivered on time and in budget.

·         Build and maintain strategic relationships with external customers.

·         Work with the construction or the pre-construction teams to meet project objectives.

·         Estimating & Quantity Surveying.

·         Cost Controlling & Invoicing.

·         Liaise with members of Tender Teams during the Tender process as required and co-ordinate their input into planning matters.

·         Assist the Project Manager as directed with planning related matters.

I think that now I have the ability to hold work by myself even if I was concerned in a problem that I won't be able to solve, I will be able to know where can I get the solution from
