Working in the following fields:

·         Design report forms of all sorts as required for progress reports on all aspects of the project and prepare and issue daily, weekly, monthly reports.

·         Update the overall programs. Prepare in conjunction with the concerned staff the detailed short-term working programs as necessary, accentuating any revision in the sequences of duration of activities arising from enforced changes being made to the overall program.

·         Prepare programs as required prior to the letting of sub-contracts to arrange continuity of work for the sub-contractor at the least cost to the project.

·         Issue necessary programs to sub-contractors on site and check to ensure that their activities are kept in line with contract requirements and to ensure optimum interrelations with other activities of the project.

·         Prepare and update labour and equipment resource programs showing the work force and equipment required for each direct trade, and for major sub-contractors when applicable.

·         Monitor and update existing material and equipment schedules and obtain updated delivery information from the relevant departments.

·          Monitor and update the site plan.

·         Review and analyze subcontractor’s progress information while ensuring that their systems and procedures are effective.

·         Prepare Delay Analysis and submit it to Consultant to Reserve our Right to Claim for Cost and Time due to Obstruction or Delay by Authorities & Concerned parties.

·         Prepare Updated Programme Reflecting Effect of Delays in the overall progress to be enclosed with particular claims.
