ü  Introduction totechnical for installing Flexible and associated work (I-tubes, Flexible Laying, Hot Tap, Riser Protector), Introduction to Precommissioning philosophy; Introduction to commissionning ofa power plant, philosophy of safetyand control systemsforoil fields;

ü  Construction &management oflevel 3planning, Construction &management ofplanning offlexible laying activities (Installation of Flow line,Precommissioning, the Topsides),Constructionof schedule3 weeksahead (Level 4), physical progress;

ü  Critical path analysisand sub-critical, proposals for remedial action; Analysis of interface with other projects, monthly reporting, forecasting and closing progress, S curves;

ü  Analysis of theprogress schedule, Comments of schedule’s documents; Scheduling

ü  Organizing and conductingmeetings, writing minutes of meetings; Participation in technical meetings, Participation in planning meetings (weekly and monthly);

ü  Analysis and resolution of certain issues of interfaces, Analysis & management of Claims
