OBJECTIVE

SUMMARY

More than 14 years experience in handling Major EPCC/EPCIC  projects onshore/offshore (oil & gas Fields) includes inEngineering head office and Construction/Installation  site/yard Plants and strong experiences in all aspects of project control, including planning, Control, Scope Definition, Produce an integrated plan based on an agreed Work Breakdown Structure(WBS), Resource Planning, Schedule Development, Cost analysis and Forecasting, Earned Value, Progress Measurement, Periodical Reporting, Monitoring Man hour and Cost, Monitoring the Activities in each Discipline such as Piping, Civil and Mechanical Works. Providing of project EPCC/EPCIC 'S- curves 'and preparing of project invoices.

Demonstrated ability to work by planning / Cost software packages well.

Report hierarchically to the Planning and Scheduling department Manager and operationally to Project director. Proven teamwork motivation and time management ability.

Also strong experiences in all aspects of Expedition Such as:

• Daily correspondence with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
• Review vendor’s production schedule with Discipline Engineer and/or Project Engineer and other procurement disciplines (i.e. Inspection and logistics) to ensure production steps are correct and achievable.
• Report revised delivery schedules for critical orders to the project team and update delivery schedules within the expediting report spread sheet.
• Produce and update weekly/monthly project expediting reports.

• Meet with Subcontractors/Suppliers and update the schedules based on actual factual feedback.

• Attend project weekly meetings giving updated status of all equipment and materials.
• Ensure vendor production schedule is checked for compliance with the purchase order.

• Liaise as necessary with the logistics group to obtain expeditious shipment of all equipment and materials.
• Attend KOM’s or hold telephone KOM’s with vendors to establish a good working relationship explaining the criticality of vendor prints submissions, Monthly Progress Status Reports (MPSR) and the impact of equipment/material delivery delays on Company’s overall operations.
