• Led integration of different contractual schedules and budgets into a robust Programme. This one was set up as a baseline to monitor against. Helped to improve performances and appropriate liaison among stakeholders to end up Zaragoza Light rail project with “zero delays”.
• Held accountable for state-of the art AEC companies. Drove BIM technology and innovation to its maximum. Adapted and implemented PMI processes leveraging the power of BIM through 4D/5D tools including Synchro and VICO software which allowed to cut down overruns about 10%.
• Created S-curves and client-oriented dashboards to avoid ambiguity and provided a deep understanding on the project status, helping to anticipate up to 30% of risks.
• Consolidated cost-loaded UNOG Headquarters Restoration Programme, encompassing Lead Designing, Space Planning, relocations, works execution, commissioning and handover. It helped to assess scope and prevent risks at early stages by up to 15%.
