A. PROJECT PLANNING & CONTROL

1.      Prepare and Update Master Schedules/Programme in Oracle Primavera 6 - consisting of Engineering, Procurement and Construction.

2.      Closely Monitoring project progress on Primavera – 6 for L2 & L3 EPC Schedules.

3.      Prepare Deliverable schedules & Tendency Analysis

4.      Prepare Progress ‘S’ Curves both Financial & Physical for Civil Contracts.

5.      Preparing Recovery Schedule Programme.

6.      CPM Programme & Interface Schedules.

7.      Look Ahead Schedules or Programmes – Three Months & Six Months

8.      To coordinate and liaise with Construction Managers, Site teams, Subcontractors to plan and monitor the status and progress of  all Civil construction works

9.      Interface Management between the Contractors.

10.  Holding Meetings with Contract Managers and controlling the Project scope and Defining the battery Limit.

11.  Change Management & Risk Register Entry for all the Civil Contracts

12.  Preparing Project Control presentations for all the civil packages.

13.  Cost control & Cost analysis for Civil Packages.

                            14.Control & Support the change management process
