ü  Schedule analysis including development of 8 week lookahead schedules. Creating What if scenarios based on current fabrication status, structural and piping, predicting on site start date.

ü  Liaise between Sub-Contract planning team regarding claimed progress and slippage.

ü  Analysis of shop fabrication data, both piping and structural. Providing  superintendents reports per shipment and module.

ü  Yard progress verification: analysis of Sub-Contract claimed progress against company verified progress.

ü  Baseline schedule slippage reports including: MIR slippage, shop fabrication, footing and yard assembly dates, impact to RFL dates caused by slippage.

ü  Summary 8 week look-ahead report communicated to senior management.

ü  Attend Primary Yard progress meetings and communicate planning progress and issues.

ü  Compile daily progress report consisting of the following details: tonnage, support no. diameter inch, spool no.

Project QCLNG Project

ü  QC LNG is a multibillion-dollar EPC contact won by OG&C on Feb 5, 2010 - possibly the largest Lump Sum Turn Key LNG job that Bechtel has taken on!

ü  Two LNG trains are being developed on Curtis Island, Queensland, AU on a 270-hectare site surrounded by an environmental buffer zone. They are to produce approximately 8.46 MTPA (million metric tons per year) of liquefied natural gas utilising the ConocoPhillips Optimised Cascade Process.

ü  First LNG to use Coal Seam Gas from the Surat Basin in eastern Australia. The gas will be delivered through a 380km buried pipeline to Gladstone.
