• As Project Control Leader I am in charge of coordinating a team of specialists in both programming and costs, to take control and monitoring of the contractual scope, through efficiency indicators (KPIs) according to the development of production by commodity, value earned, evaluate the allocation of economic, material and human resources to the project program, provide continuous monitoring of the budget, perform trend analysis against real progress through weekly and monthly reports. As well as hold meetings with different stakeholders both internal Project Management level and the client to address the areas of concern and explain the existing risks in order to mitigate, avoid or transfer to explain the evolution of it through daily reports, weekly and monthly.

• As Head of the functional department, I was in charge of 25 people assigned to different projects awarded within the Petroleum and Gas and Energy Division in Mexico.
• Assisted in the management and control of the interdependence between the projects of the organization in Mexico. Homogenizing tools, procedures and project planning and control techniques. I had the responsibility of following up a portfolio of 7 projects.
• Contributed to the improvement of processes within the organization, monitoring compliance with protocols established by the corporate, monitoring all deliverables that were support for each project manager.
• Managed risk matrices in different projects to carry out the probabilistic exercise with the Monte Carlo method.
• I established meetings with each of the main departmental actors of each project to assess progress in accordance with the contractual scope and give support to project managers.
• I made reports and executive presentations of both physical and economic programming for presentation to the division committee.
