• To prepare weekly and monthly progress/Look ahead reports, perform progress analysis, schedule updating, monitoring, and forecast.
• Develop and manage SPI & KPIs
• Updating activities weekly, recording percentage complete, and remaining duration until completion of business cycles.
• Performing schedule baseline comparison to actual work performed.
• Highlight the project progress and project bottlenecks/concerns in weekly meetings with clients.
• Project planning and monitoring using MS Project& Primavera.
• Documentation skills to document project schedules.
• Preparing and updating the baseline S-curves.
• Closely work on the milestones mentioned in the contract for the cash flow.
