Eighteen (18) years of experience in Turnaround, Shutdown, project design, engineering, construction, commissioning and maintenance in the LNG Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Industry.  Possesses a very strong experience in different phases such as Project Planning, Project control, Quality Control, managing internal project budgets, managing client budgets, client meetings, project specifications review, coordination and review of documents, contract negotiation, staff acquisition, securing consultants, setting schedules and staff tasks, bidding documents, bidding phase, contract award, extensive construction administration experience, change orders, requisitions for payment, punch lists, project close-out  .

Fully conversant and proficient in planning LNG Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals facilities cycle of minor and major turnarounds. Work to facilitate the safe and secured operation of the process plants with the additional valued experience of execution and commissioning of projects. 

Provides leadership and coordination for the successful planning and execution of all shutdowns and turnarounds and leads plant project construction within affiliate operating plants

Knowledge in Materials Standards, Engineering Specifications and International Codes / Standards, ISA Standards for Automation & Control practiced in LNG /Oil / Gas / Petrochemical Plants / Process Industries.

Highly Proficient computer skill sets and can work independently to prepare quality manuals and other relevant project reporting documents using MS Office and associated products.
Well versed in various planning software packages such as Primavera (P3, P5 & P6), MS Projects etc.

Experienced in the application of Quality assurance and Quality Control to international standards in plant inspection and integrity management.  Lead/Focal person in charge of the Smooth Start-up program (flawless start up program) in every turnaround and shutdown involved.

Exhibit leadership skills in managing, developing and motivating a team of professionals to achieve their objectives. Show professional competencies in predictive and preventive maintenance resulting in improvement and enhancement in the productivity and profitability of the organization.

Also possesses a good leadership, team building and high negotiating skills.
