In Planning & Scheduling

-Carrying out system tasks within agreed timescales and budgets and reporting system status and deviations to the project manager.

-Provision of Planning & WBS

-Prepare programmer of works, labor chart and cash flow

-Projected Cash flow (S-Curve)

-Define technical responsibilities within the project - interfaces, system and work packages.

-Organization and day to day management of the project engineering issues.

-Provide constructive suggestions and ideas to improve the overall Project Controls effort

-Resource loading the Planning Program (Cost, Manpower)

-Allocation of Resources – Personnel and Machinery distribution for Various Projects

-Monitor project progress and deliverables through regular review meetings

-Monitor timelines of system reviews throughout the project.

-Mentor Junior Project Engineers if required.

 -Act as Team Leader for small groups of Project Engineers if required

-Monitor progress throughout the construction process and compare this with the projected schedule of work
 

-Monitor and report on schedule implications of changes

-Monitor site progress and work programmer & updates related to all activities & sub-contractors
