With more than (9) years of demonstrable experience (8 Years in MEA) in the construction industry involving all disciplines of construction engineering and project management, broad experience in planning, scheduling and cost control, knowledge of cost estimating, tendering preparation and analysis, Involved in preparing Earned Value Analysis (CPI/SPI), cost evaluation, evaluation of progress billings, fluctuations and escalations, change orders, cash flow projection and project reports. Prepare cost for construction management on actual project expenses as against cash flow projections.
