Job Description:

• Initiation Phase: Planning Turnaround preparation. Creating AR, WBS, Conducting Turnaround Initiation meeting, Forming Turnaround preparation team.
• Scoping phase : Coordinating with all disciplines for TA scope collection, Scope review, challenging and issue preliminary job list.
• Planning & Scheduling phase : Creation of work orders, Studying, understanding all relevant documents & conditions pertaining to the work orders and Preparing Isometric drawings with Materials list using SPF and SAP according to plant piping, painting and insulation specifications. Identifies and recommends requirements for specialized contractor work, preparation of job specification/job scope of contracts and coordinating bid evaluation as required.

Liaises with Maintenance, Operation,& Inspection Engineers to determine their resources requirements and plans required manpower, material , equipment and services for the successful accomplishment of jobs
