·         Preparation of Project Baseline Schedule (Primavera 6) for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning.

 

 

 

 

·         Monitoring of Project Schedule in Primavera 6 to get the current status of

the project both with respect to time and cost.

 

·         Earned Value Analysis of the project to get Schedule Variance ( SV ), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Variance  ( CV ), Cost Performance Index (CPI) of the project from Primavera 6 and report to top management

 

·         Critical path analysis, Float control, Realistic forecasting of the project and follow up with project team to expedite the critical activities. 

 

·         Understanding & anticipating of various internal and external interfaces that may have impact in the project schedule and hinder progress. Creating early warnings of the impacts to project team and taking necessary actions to mitigate the risks.

 

·         Developing and maintaining process to proactively manage the critical path of various areas/disciplines.

 

·         Providing timely variance analysis, an early warning to management on critical & near critical activities and corrective action plans.

 

·         Updating Critical Path Flowchart and Management Summary Schedule as required.

 

·         Reviewing and evaluation of budgetary cost estimates, Engineering, Procurement and Construction cost analysis, cost reporting to top management.
