The decline in manufacturing of the 1970’s and 80’s due to off-shoring has driven my passion for the past 20 years in the area of process improvement, specifically in the area of industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
My focus for lack of a better term is in leading and elevating reactive and preventative maintenance departments to a world-class level to gain a competitive advantage in our global economy. This includes the development and initiation of such methodologies as Condition/Reliability Centered, Predictive and Total Performance Maintenance programs.
Using my analytical skills and project coordination and management experience I collaboratively drive timely and measurable results eliminating waste while maximizing asset reliability/uptime and resource usage.
