For Boiler House, Gas Turbine Generator, Propane DE Asphalting unit and Bitumen/PMB units.

Responsible for planning and scheduling all maintenance project activities concerning emergent work, equipment outages, major inspections and unit shutdowns. Creates and manages job plans using PrimaVera P6 and CMMS (Maximo).  Optimises the maintenance budget and resource allocations to suit business needs.  Builds detailed work packs, high level risk assessments, COSHH and QA documentation for maintenance teams and sub-contractors. Supervises the adherence to strict safety processes and best practice, demonstrating positive influence in this regard and that of the quality of work carried out by contract labour.
