§  Preparation& Tracking of the project scheduled and summary level curves and Man power histogram.

§  Establish resource loaded planning schedules

§  Provide timely reports on activity against schedule and project risk

§  Aligning Project work scope with company structured WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
Coordinating with subcontractors.

§  Identification, monitoring& streamlining of critical paths running through the Project Master Schedule and individual contracts.

·         Analyse and Review Contractor level III Resource loading (Quantity, Equipment, Manpower)

·         Attend site meeting and check schedule updates vis a vis the look-ahead schedule

·         Review schedule forecast with contractor’s planners

·         Review and analyse look-ahead schedule and variance reports with Project Manager

Weekly/Monthly reports generation including ‘S’-curves for client & Management review.
