The analysis of delays to construction and engineering projects, using network based analysis techniques most appropriate to the conditions of contract and information and records in hand;

Preparation and defence of extension of time claims, using both retrospective and prospective delay analysis techniques;

Preparation of expert reports and the presentation of oral evidence for tribunals;

Extensive working experience of tender and project planning, including calculating the site activity construction outputs and durations, preparation of tender/contract programmes and establishing the critical path of the works, determining the construction sequence from tender/contract drawings, determining the labour, plant and equipment requirements, and preparation of scaffold schedules;
