I have over 15 years of management consulting, advisory, and professional services experience in the aerospace & defense, construction & engineering, and telecommunications industries. Prior to establishing DMC, I served as the Master Program Planning Manager for Lockheed Martin C4ISR Systems, a $1.1 billion business that provides services and capabilities for all branches of the U.S. military, various national agencies, and numerous international customers. In this capacity, I was a key advisor to customers and executive management regarding all aspects of proposal development, project management (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing), performance management (EVM), and integrated planning & scheduling.
