I am a highly motivated construction professional with experience of working within major programmes of work, able to work at all levels of organisations.

By identifying and working with key stakeholders, building relationships and understanding how different people receive information in different ways, I have been able to successfully introduce new reports wherever I have worked.

My experience ranges across many aspects of the construction industry – Reporting, Behavioural Change Management, Earned Value, Project & Programme Management, Commercial & Contract Management, IT System Development & Implementation.

In leading by example, I am not afraid to ‘roll my sleeves up’ to get things done, I aim to inspire and develop others to achieve success and above all demonstrate a strong belief in personal responsibility.
