· Worked with Tata Steel Limited, Kalinganagar for establishing & running the required PMO setup for executing their 6 MMTP Integrated grass root steel plant project.
3) Since April’13 to Oct’14 :-
· Worked with Cairn India Limited for providing improved project management support in Material Management, Risk Management, Project Monitoring & Controls, Construction Innovation & Operation Readiness areas for their Aishwarya Oil Well Pads project execution

The Role:
Work scope includes providing management consultancy services & support across the project management functions, PMO establish & support (including project planning, monitoring & controls) in various project phases starting from concept to facility readiness including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning and Operations Readiness. Main activities of REAL are Turnkey project execution, Project management, Procurement, Construction, Erection & Commissioning of plants in the fields of Oil Refineries, Chemicals, Petrochemical, Synthetic fiber, Power etc. REAL is responsible for executing the Projects in Reliance from concept to full operational stage. REAL has successfully executed many of the world class projects with best quality & in minimum possible time. Some of the major projects executed by REAL are Reliance Jamnagar Refinery project, Reliance Infocom project, Jamnagar Refinery Value Maximization Project, East-West pipeline project & Jamnagar Export Refinery Project.
The Role:
F Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring of Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities using tools like Primavera and MS Project.
F Preparation & timely updation of WBS, OBS, RAM, Project Execution Plans, Network Diagram etc.
F Preparing different levels of schedules & analyzing their critical paths.
