  • Streamlining Project work scope & establishing the scope matrix by organizing the project kickoff meeting with client.
  • Organizing one day planning meeting internally to discuss and to make a common understanding of various aspects of the project.

  • Catch up / recover plans to suit current site status of project. Ensuring & reporting the proper flow of recover plan.
  • Conduct weekly & monthly review meeting with Project Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement and Construction team and ensure the deliverables are in line with the approved schedule requirements.
  • Monthly review meeting with customer.
  • Periodic review meeting with package vendors
