Experience Summary: Mark Magee has over 9 years’ experience managing, supporting and implementing Project Management Software.  This included six years specializing in Primavera software, together with the 3rd party tools associated with the Primavera suite including Oracle and SQL Server. He has been responsible for supporting many implementations of Primavera software, assisting client organizations through design, integration, training, and rollout of the suite, to reach best business benefits and maximize their return on investment.

Specialization Mark Magee has a special focus on Business process development and improvement. This has been expanded and detailed on most projects to date. To complement this focus Mark Magee, focuses on reporting and earned value management. These combined specializations allow for a holistic approach to improving an organizations PMO.
