Ø  Project plan development, Provide baseline for progress measurement and project control.

Ø  Integrate change control, Project scope management by Initiation. Scope planning, definition, verification and control.

Ø  Project Time Management by activity definition, sequencing, duration estimating, schedule development and control.

Ø  Project Procurement Management through procurement planning, solicitation planning, solicitation, source selection and contract administration.

Ø  Prepare WBS, Procurement Control Register, Document Control Register, S-Curves (by assigning weigh factors).

Ø  Interface with project site management and client counterparts, Organizing & attending progress meeting with client.

Ø  Project budgeting, Cost loading & Cost analysis, Prepare Cash Flow, Invoicing, Manpower & Equipment forecasting.

Ø  Monitoring & Updating project progress. Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports using Primavera P6, P3 & MS Excel.
